We’re fully into the heat of Summer now, and that means lot’s of veges!
We finished off the season of Spring with the fantastic Addington Fun Fair which was run at St Mary’s. Our bright crops of red and golden beets sold in a flash and we had so much fun chatting to our mates from around the neighbourhood.

Our stall at the Addington Fun Fair was a huge success! It was such a great opportunity to meet people in the community who are keen for local produce and to support our wee social enterprise!! Thanks to everyone who came down in the rain and bought some veg or had a chat. It's so great to be part of such a vibrant and diverse community, and we hope the farm will continue to provide great produce while serving the people and place of Addington 🤗🏡💒🎪🎉🎊🎈☘️🍅🥕🥒🌿😁
With Summer in full swing our crops are soaking up the sun. We have full beds of silver beet, lettuces, kale and more. Our microgreen production is still chugging along in the nursery and our tomatoes are thriving in their tunnel house.
We’re super excited about our first new site: just across the road at 36 Parlane St. Grace, Will, Franc, Luke and Andy have offered their front lawn for us to grow veges on! Check it out if you happen to wander down Parlane St!
Liam is keeping himself busy with every aspect of running the farm. If you’d like to check it out or even get your hands dirty, pop in on a Saturday morning to 29 Parlane St and we’ll show you around.
